Network Information

We currently are in network with insurances from Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Blue Shield of California, Tricare and La Salle Medical Associates.

However we do accept plans from Anthem Blue Cross, Optum, Physmetrics as out-of-network providers. Your insurance company will process your claims as in or out of network according to your insurance policy. ​

We are happy to assist you with verifying your coverage with your carrier and will inform you of your deductible as well as your copayment responsibilities. As a courtesy, we verify benefits for our patients are we are not to be held responsible if incorrect information has been obtained. Please keep in mind that the information we receive from your carrier is only an estimate, and we cannot be sure of the exact amount until we submit a claim and receive an Explanation of Benefits.


Questions to Ask

If you'd like to call your insurance company to verify benefits, here are some helpful questions to ask:

1. Do I have benefits that cover an evaluation and/or speech therapy? What disorders are covered?
2. Do i have a deductible?
3. How many visits are covered annually? Can we request for more therapy visits once the visits are used up?
4. What is my co-pay? Is there a co-pay maximum?
5. Does my plan cover out-of-network providers? At what rate/percentage?
6. Do I need a doctor’s prescription to get therapy?
